Question 1. What base types do LOHAS LED smart bulbs own?
To fit the accustom that the light fixtures in U.S. such as lamps, sconces, and decorative lights commonly come with an e12 bulb base or e26 bulb base, LOHAS LED smart bulbs mainly adopt the e12 light bulb and e26 light bulb. Surely, aside of the e12 bulb and e26 bulb, LOHAS LED manufacturer also produces smart light bulbs in many more shapes and sizes than they used to - like gu10 smart bulbs etc. All of them are now available in a variety of wattages, color temperatures and lumens, so there is always the one you would like to pick.

Question 2. What can I do when it says my smart LED bulb can not match the router?
You can open the app and click on AP mode in the upper right corner and then using AP Mode distribution to try this.
Question 3. How to reset my smart LED bulb when it goes offline or I can not control it via the app?
Please kindly try to remove this device from app and then wait until the light is flashing and try to reconnect with the app.
Question 4. Can my iPad and laptop use the smart LED bulb app, and which cellphone version is available to use the app?
The ipad can use the app but it will not very compatible and we recommend that you use the cellphone app, and laptop are not available to used this app at the moment. And this bulb can be controlled by APP on smart phones (Android 4.1 above or IOS 8.0 above).
Question 5. If my wifi have the Mac Filtering, how can I get the bulb's mac(physical) address?
If your wifi have the Mac Filtering, please do this as follow:
Log in the app Control Interface;
Click the Top right corner with a icon of th/ree d/ots;
And then you can see the information of the Device ID and the last 12 characters are the
bulb's mac(physical) address.
Question 6. The bulb is flashing and can not connected to the app.
In this case, please confirm that this bulb cannot be used with the dimmer switch, otherwise it will flashing. And also please kindly change the modes of distribution of the app. The App provides two modes of distribution (WiFi Hotspot mode and fast connect mode), the default use of fast-connect mode distribution, users can click the upper right Corner "AP mode" switch distribution network mode Hotspot mode. With the fast-connect mode distribution, make sure the smart device LEDs are blinking fast and click on the "Led fast Blink" button to enter the next step. If you use WiFi Hotspot mode distribution, make sure the smart device LEDs are blinking at a slow speed and click on the "Led slow Blink" button to enter the next step.
Question 7. Can this Smart LED Bulb use in the 2.4GHz and also the 5.0GHz?
Please kindly confirm that the wifi channel is 2.4GHz, the app only supported on 2.4GHz.
Question 8. My Smart LED Bulbs can not connect the Virgin and BT router?
If you have the super hub 3 from Virgin then it transmits both signals together.Please fix it by opening up the router settings and renaming the signals so one ended in 5G with both using the same password then restart the app set up process and login to the 2.4G signal and it will work fine.
Question 9. I can not adjust the Weather temperature in the app?
It is automatically collected and the data is updated approximately half an hour.
Question 10. My Smart LED Bulb can not work as a group?
Please kindly confirm that you had used the newest version of the app.
Question 11. Why I can not control the the pattern of the scene via Alexa?
Alexa only can control the brightness, switch and color. The scene can not control by Alexa.
Question 12. Can the different type of smart led work as a group?
The different type of smart led can work as a group.
Question 13. How can make it work as a group?
Here are the steps:
1.Choose the bulbs you want to add a group;
2.Choose “...” to add the group;
3.Click the “Create Group”;
4. Choose the bulbs you want to add and save;
5.Enter the unique group name;
Question 14. If the bulb support IFTTT?
Our smart LED bulb can not support IFTTT.
